1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. Entrants are not required to purchase any goods or services of any kind from GLT Total Office to enter this Promotion. An Entrant’s odds of winning are neither increased nor decreased in any way based on any purchase or non-purchase.
2. ENTRY. This Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2007(the promotion is being extended until August 31, 2007) (“the Promotion Period”). Only those entries submitted during the Promotion Period are eligible to win. Whether an entry has been submitted during the Promotion Period is based solely on the record generated by Structured Web’s time and date stamp application. All submitted entries become the sole and exclusive property of GLT Total Office. GLT Total Office shall not be liable or in any way responsible whatsoever for any entry that contains incorrect or false information when submitted, has been lost, delayed, corrupted, undelivered, misdelivered, interrupted, or unavailable due to any delays, unavailability, malfunction or failure of any equipment, software, networks, Internet hosting, Internet or telecommunications services, or any other technical failures.
3. ELIGIBILITY/INELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to win, each entrant must and does: (a) agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, including, without limitation, expressly agreeing that, by entering this promotion, the entrant is expressly authorizing GLT Total Office to transmit via facsimile transmission to the facsimile telephone number submitted by the entrant, periodic advertisements and promotions from GLT Total Office; (b) be an active business organization – that is, entrants may be either an individual proprietorship, a corporation, an LLC or other form of business entity; and (c) be physically located within GLT Total Office’s service area – that is, entrants must have their actual, physical places of business within either Polk, Highlands, Hardee, and/or Eastern Hillsborough (Plant City, Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, and Thonotosassa) counties; (d) be at 18 years of age or older (if the entrant business is an individual). Entries are limited to only one (1) entry per business during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same business (whether from an individual or from an organization) during the Promotion Period will not be considered unless the entry specifies a different facsimile telephone number or a different qualifying physical address.
The following are ineligible for prize awards: (a) any person or organization who does not meet the eligibility criteria, above; (b) any and all employees of GLT Total Office and their immediate family members, and any and all employees of its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies and their immediate family members; (c) Steelcase, Inc., Random.org, and any and all of either organization’s employees and their immediate family members; (d) any and all persons involved in any way in this Promotion and their immediate family members, including GLT Total Office’s web host, Internet service provider, telecommunications provider, legal counsel and accountants; (e) any person or organization who has been disqualified after entry for any reason; (f) any entrant who rescinds or cancels during the Promotion Period his, her or its authorization to receive advertising or promotional information from GLT Total Office via facsimile transmission.
4. PRIZES. One (1) Leap® Chair will be awarded (“Prize”) for every five hundred 500 eligible entries received by GLT Total Office during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of three (3) Prizes. The Prize model featured in this Promotion has a current list price of $1,399.00. GLT Total Office reserves the right to choose the particular Prize that will be awarded from its available stock. The Leap® Chair pictured in this Promotion is for illustration purposes only: the Prize or Prizes actually awarded may or may not resemble the Leap® Chair pictured in this Promotion. All Prizes that may be awarded are subject to supply and availability from the manufacturer.
5. DISQUALIFICATION. GLT Total Office reserves the right to disqualify, with or without notice, any Entrant who, in the sole and unreviewable discretion of GLT Total Office, does not accept all of these Terms and Conditions, or who has not complied with any of these Terms and Conditions or who GLT Total Office believes has (1) falsified any entry in any way or intentionally submitted incorrect information; (2) has attempted to tamper with or damage by any means this Web Site, any content of this Web Site or the operations of GLT Total Office or this Promotion in any way. GLT Total Office reserves any and all rights it may have under applicable state and federal laws to seek criminal prosecution of any person or organization to the fullest extent of the law for any such conduct and to seek any and all available civil remedies, including damages and injunctive relief from such person or organization. If either this Web Site, its content or the Promotion becomes compromised, damaged or technically corrupted in any way for any reason, GLT Total Office reserves the right to cancel the Promotion without notice, to disqualify all Entrants and to award no Prize.
6. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER SELECTION. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries based on the sequencing of the time and date stamp for each entry received relative to a random number generated by the Random.org (www.random.org/nform.html) web site. For example, the earliest time and date stamp entry received in the Promotion Period will be assigned the number 1, the next earliest, the number 2, etc. At the close of the Promotion Period, the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the random “engine” at Random.org and the resulting first sequence number generated will determine the winner(s). The decision of GLT Total Office as to the winner(s) and the exact features and color of a Prize shall be final and unreviewable. GLT Total Office will contact winners in writing (“Prize Notification Letter”) within seven (7) business days following the end of the Promotion Period. The winner or winners (as the case may be) shall be required as a condition of receiving the Prize to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit and Release”). In the event (a) the winner fails to return the Affidavit and Release with all of the information required thereon within (14) days of receipt of the Prize Notification Letter or (b) a Prize Notification Letter is returned by the US Postal Service to GLT Total Office due to an incorrect, non-current or invalid address, or (c), the winner informs GLT Total Office in writing before delivery of the Prize that he, she or it declines the Prize for any reason, the winner of the Prize will be automatically and without notice disqualified and the Prize forfeited, in which case the Prize will be awarded to another entrant selected in the same manner described above.
8. DELIVERY OF PRIZE. GLT Total Office will deliver the Prize without charge to the winner within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the signed Affidavit and Release.
9. LIABILITY / WARRANTY / RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. By entering this Promotion, all entrants agree that all prizes are awarded upon the express condition that GLT Total Office and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives or any of them shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever to any entrant resulting from the entrant’s participation in this Promotion, or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize that may be awarded to an entrant.
